1. General

3. Transaction Processing

  • Transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway.
  • ASICON 2026 does not store or access your card or bank account information.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

4. Pricing and Fees

  • The amount payable includes registration fees, optional workshops, and other selected services.
  • All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, if any.
  • Convenience fees or payment gateway charges may be levied by the processor and are borne by the payer.

5. Confirmation and Receipts

  • A digital receipt and transaction reference number will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
  • Please retain the receipt as proof of payment. No physical receipt will be provided unless specifically requested.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All payments made are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • Duplicate or excess payments
    • System error during transaction
  • All refund requests must be submitted to (..........) within 7 calendar days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned via the original method of payment.

7. Fraud and Misuse

  • ASICON 2026 reserves the right to cancel any payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted through the payment form.
  • Do not share your OTP, card details, or login credentials with anyone. ASICON never asks for such details.

  • No sensitive payment information is stored on ASICON 2026 servers.

10. Third-Party Payment Gateways

  • Each processor is governed by its own terms and privacy policies, which you are encouraged to review before making a payment.
