What is included in the registration fee?

How can I pay my registration fee?
Payments can be made online via credit/debit card, UPI, mobile wallets, or direct bank transfer.

Can I transfer my registration or change the name?
Registrations are strictly non-transferable. Name changes or substitutions are not
permitted under any circumstances.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the ASICON 2026 Secretariat.
Full refunds (minus GST & costs) are available for cancellations received before

I am a postgraduate student. How do I register?
Postgraduate students should upload or email a bonafide certificate from their Head of Department.
Registration is only accepted under the PG category with proper documentation.

How do I submit an abstract?
Abstracts can be submitted online only via the official submission system.

Can I submit more than one abstract?
Yes, you may submit multiple abstracts as a presenting author, but each must be unique.

ASICON 2026 accepts abstracts for Oral Presentations, e-Posters, and Video Abstracts.

Do I need to register if my abstract is accepted?
Yes. Presenting authors must register and pay the appropriate fee for the conference
in order to present their work.
Will my abstract be published?
Accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference proceedings and may be
available online via the ASICON 2026 website or conference app.

How far is the venue from the airport and railway station?
Gujarat University Convention and Exhibition Centre is approximately 20 km from
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (about 40 minutes by cab), and
around 8 km from Ahmedabad railway station.
Is airport pick-up or transport provided?
Most major hotels offer airport transfers. For specific requirements, please contact
your hotel directly.

after successful payment.

Yes, certificates will be emailed to registered delegates after the conference.
Is CME credit available?

Yes, a special social evening and gala dinner is planned. Entry is included
